Consumers Report Wants A Recall on Toyota Camry Hybrid

July 28 Consumer Reports wants Toyota to recall the Toyota Camry Hybrid over a couple serious brake issues. TOYOTA currently only will inspect / replace the issue using a service campaign rather than a more costly recall. It is estimated the cost is as much as $3000 per unit if replaced on a recall. TOYOTA has no comment other than allowing owners to buy an extended service policy if they choose. The Consumers Report article was difficult to find and is buried behind more important articles like weather issues and new recipes for kitchen lovers to try. I'm just sayin....trying not to be biased...
