I've tried several different ways - ant suggestions? I had the same problem, for some reason it does not understand K18. I ended up using my salesman's name and spoke with an analyst every time. As long as they think you are the dealer, you won't have any problems. Make sure it's OK with your salesman before you do this, as with mine they didn't have a good explanation why mine had been built for 2 1/2 months and still sitting in the shipping yard, so a few times they had to call the dealer back and then my salesman would call me and give me the status.
