jim g
Had a relative with a headlight problem on a 2002 Grand marquis. The headlights would not come on? Took it to the dealer and they fixed iot to the tune of $835.00 Told him it was the headlight module. $400 + for the module and $400+ for the labor to replace it. Sounds like highway robery to me. Hell they put down 2 1/2 hours to replace the module. It only take 3 hours to trim out the whole car on the line?? And we wonder why people go to some other brand of cars instead of buying another Ford product.

It may in fact be a reasonable price. The part price sounds right and you can't really comment on the labour unless you know exactly what it entails. On top of that, its dealers that do service not Ford. Also, other companies would charge very similar amounts.
