Does Ford place the blame on employees doing the work, the tools used to do the work or the quality of the parts used? What happens is, the person that did the work, and oh yes, they know WHO YOU ARE, is sent out to every owner and must redo the work on their own dime. Any more intelligent questions? Side note: Should parents all over America be expecting some Chinese dude to show up at their doors with a tiny bucket of lead-free paint?
