ElGato
Well, the fun and games have started here effective last Thurs. when the new company took over. 15-20-15 for breaks, frozen vacation for the next two years, wages slashed on critical operations. Eleven people didn't show up for the midnite shift this morning (30 cents/hr bonus). Had to shut down an entire department for half a shift. Gee, I wonder why. I can see some of the re-loads saying adiós soon. Some of them are on the fence anyway. $11/hr new hire wage. They are scraping now trying to get folks to work for these wages. Wait until it is 100 degrees out and see how many go in break and don't come back. I seems that the new company thinks that anyone can step in and run this operation. It's not a matter of IF we shut down an assembly plant but WHEN.
Bodhibkb
If those jack-offs try to forget that we can use our vacation time during the 4 month transition period, there is going to be a lot more of us "not show up".
