NavigatorOne
Hello everyone! I just picked up an interior lighting kit for my 2010 Lincoln Navigator and would like to install it myself. However, no instructions were included. Instead, a sticker reading the following is pasted on the front of the box. To access Installation Instructions: Dealers: Go to FMC Dealer at (http://www.fmcdealer.com). Type "accessories" in the word search box. Under Search Results, click "Accessories Home Page". FADS: Go to MCDistributor at (http://accessories.mcdistributor.dealerconnection.com). Click on the "Accessory Tab" then select "Accessories Site". Once at a Genuine Ford Accessories home page go to "Reference Library", click "Select" drop-down arrow, and pick "Installation Instructions". Follow the steps to "Select Reference Description" and "Choose Category" to find the appropriate instructions. Instructions are provided as a PDF file. The part number is: 8L8Z-13E700-AA Name: Phase 1B Standard Interior Lighting Kit I visited both links only to be told I need some sort of Ford employee number to access the site. I am confident that I can install this item without dealer assistance as I have installed similar lighting features and electronic accessories in the past on this and other cars. However, it would be nice to have some actual instructions so I don't go into it blindly. Has anyone installed a kit like this on a 2010 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, or other recent model year who can offer insight? Thanks!
