cyberdman Posted March 7, 2011 Share Posted March 7, 2011 I understand your confusion. I would like to know what your dealership gave you. They either made something up to please you, or they don't know how to use their own system. You have a convoy number of the truck that is sending your vehicle to the upfitter, but that is it. It has not even completed production yet. Once it completes the upfitter, it will get sent back to the plant for final inspection(s). Any corrections made, then send via convoy again to the rail ramp. Then you will get a rail car number as it gets loaded onto a train. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then a couple days later I called him and asked for a update and he told me he had a railcar # for it. So again the dealer has lied to me about the status of my truck.
