One last question - does your system only say "sold" or does it have supplemental info pertaining to ship status? So do me a favor, pick one and stick with it, me or Ford customer service number. We have the same exact information pertaining to the vehicle visability report. FWIW - the only reason I called Ford is because you were out that week - not because of a lack of trust.
