Fordbum75
The sandusky plant Ford workers voted it down. The sandusky ACH workers voted it in there was separate ballots. ALSO ALL ACH WORKERS WERE TOLD IN THE Q&A SESSION IF THERE CONTRACT PASSED AND FORDS DID NOT THEY WOULD BE FIRED IF THEY DID NOT CROSS THE PICKET LINE . cal50
I am pretty confident that a new agreement can be reached without a strike. Geez, its not like they will sell off or close the place.

DTP Nick
That's right, coming back with a reasonable amount of more money (13K after taxes) would get a yes vote in my opinion. I would also like to see transparency tho in the language. I would also like to see us get our break time minutes back.. Your break time was negotiated for you back in the late 70's... giving us our 6 minutes back will not hurt the company. If they want to build 250 more vehicles per week they can pay us for the OT. How high are you??? LOL
