I myself have never had the pleasure of working there but I have never heard a single good thing about the place. The complaints are always the same too. The union sucks and the jobs are way too overloaded. People also mention the shitty practice of tag relief and the fact that they are overly strict there. In my estimation the one advantage DTP has over every other Ford facility in North America is ultimate job security.
