jastratton
What plant would I go to if I have good attendance? Will I get a big raise?
10yrs_No_Seniority
Nah, it doesn't work like that. You want to keep good attendance so the company knows you'll come to work, and where ever they need people after this assignment is up, is where you'd go. And no matter how hard you work, it doesn't equate more money. Raises are given at 90 days if you're a TPT, I think, and yearly if you make full-time. Not sure how much it is. They'll go over all that at orientation too. You can find more on the contract here: http://www.uaw.org/members/uaw-bargaining

10yrs_No_Seniority
So, last week was a really warm one to start out. lol What did you think? How's it going?
jastratton
Jobs easy but the heat takes some getting used too. Plus were on 9 hours and worked Saturday. No complaints so far. Only thing the guy that was training me was only there a week so he's still learning too. Nothing real complicated though not on a quota yet. Thanks.
