sdotlow Posted July 3, 2013 Share Posted July 3, 2013 I've gotten an odd noise when starting my Fusion. It sounds like it's coming from the rear underside of the vehicle, and it sounds kind of like the flexing sound you'll hear from air ducts when you start a furnace (not sure if anyone's heard this before, lol). Kind of like a soft metal getting warm and flexing, I guess? I suppose it could be the exhaust, but it's very warm outside, and it doesn't seem to happen every start up. I noticed it a few days ago, and this morning. I'm going to start noting when I hear this so I have a record. Anyone experience anything like this?
