Spring Posted September 14, 2013 Share Posted September 14, 2013 Has anyone seen this FPS charter that is supposedly going to govern our local agreements and tie them in with the National Agreement? Our Bargaining Structure keeps referring to it and it would just be nice if we all knew what it said so we could play by the same rules too! roadhog Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 It is over 500 pages and is a rehash of the 20009 concession package that failed, but for this Spring no vote is needed only the signateur of the Plant Chairman and Plant Manager!
