waymondospiff Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Thanks to theautochannel.com for the numbers...posted before Mazda could get around to posting them on their own PR site. http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2006/10/03/023843.html Hefty declines for the "volume" products, Mazda3 down 20.3% and Mazda6 down 11.3%. The Mazda5 is down to only 1,192 units, when back in February sales crested 2,000. MPV, B-Series, Tribute, & RX-8 are all down as well. Thank the brand-new CX-7 crossover for the sales increase, with sales of 3,800 units, nearly as high as the Mazda6 at 3,822. A good show for the brand new, turbocharged CUV. I'm excited for the CX-9 with a high-rent interior & snappy 3.5L V6 in January. And it looks like the new Mazda6 can't get here quickly enough. Such a shame, as it really is a nice car.
