cyberdman Posted January 3, 2022 Share Posted January 3, 2022 Ok you have problems. Your 2021 order has been automatically converted to a 2022 order in the system. However, in order for the order to actually be placed your salesperson/dealer has to go in and update the order to get it scheduled. They should have contacted you when it was converted, but I am not seeing that happen with a lot of people. Your current status for the 2022 order is: In Order Processing - Unscheduled- Clean Oct-08-2021, 12:37 EDT. However your Priority Code is 99 right now - meaning it is not actually a dealer approved/completed order. They need to go an and set your Priority Code to at least 19, preferably 10.
