2021 f250 6.2l tick!

Hello, I'm really hoping someone can help me with some information! I recently purchased a 2021 f250 with the 6.2l I have had five of these trucks of previous models and they have been fantastic new issues whatsoever. However I have had quite a few issues with this truck already within the first 3 days of driving a home The number one issue that bothers me the most is that there is a strong engine tick which to me sounds like an exhaust manifold leak. The dealer told me that it is normal exhaust noise and not all of the new gas trucks do it!? I can't understand why that would be however when I say tick I mean 55 or 60 mph down the road with the windows up I can hear it plain as day annoying as hell. Has anyone else heard or seen this problem? It's definitely not right even if all of the trucks are that way. I'm also having a grinding sound from the rear of the truck mostly when the truck is in third or fourth gear at low RPMs the dealer told me they fixed it by putting on a newer style pinion flange whatever that was supposed to solve they told me it wasn't updated part from Ford yet the truck is still grinding like it was before I'm sure this is too separate problems but pretty sad on a 2021 with 400 miles on it. If anyone else can provide any information on this I would greatly appreciate it thanks!

Thanks for the response. can you hear the tick at low speed and low rpm, and at normal highway speed or just when getting on it? mine dose it all the time, is harder to hear when i get on it hard but never shuts up! dealers can say it normal thats buillshit. manufacture new models to be smoother, quieter and better insulated in the cabin and these trucks rattle like a 6.9l diesel. none of my previous steel body 6.2 sound like that at all, infact i have a higher milage 16 for a rental right now it dosnt tick at all!
