Is there any difference between X-Plan and the current promotional Employee Pricing Plus?

I'm planning to purchase via X-plan. When I review pricing on the X-plan site, it specifies two incentives available for Maryland (zip 20906): #11235 ($2,000) and #90149 ($1,500). Not clear from the X-plan site is whether or not the $500 Military Appreciation incentive can also be applied. One person at the dealership didn't seem to know. How best to find out?
