I know a few people that transfered to AAI a few years ago, they like it. I think every plant has it's bad parts and supervisors, if you go there just make the best of it.

Everybody has there own personal reason why they took the buyout, the main two are moving out of state or no confidence in Ford's future. Go ask everybody from NAP that took the buyout why they didn't want to stay with Ford most of them said Fuck going to MI. Stop twisting my words, I'm not spitting in nobody's face. I'm happy for everybody that took the buyout so fuck you on that part! I don't know if I have enough time for a company wide layoff but I'm not losing no sleep worrying myself about it, what ever happens, happens. It's the choice I made when I decided not to take the buyout, only time will tell. back to the topic - my guess is layoffs, shift cuts, layoffs, maybe more plant closings, and yes more layoffs.

I completely understand that but you don't have to worry about if you will be laid off or not anymore or whether your plant is going to close or lose a shift. The only thing you have to worry about right now are your friends and family. I hope you are not relying on the money you will get from Ford down the road to retire from what ever you ending up doing, yes I know a little extra can't hurt but you got to have better plans than that when you get to that point.

I never said anything about the ones that took the retirement package, the ones that took the $100,000 or the educational package left because they either didn't want to move out of state or they had no confidence in Ford's future. You think they all said well I guess I should go ahead and help Ford out and just quit. I have many friends that took the buyout and I don't criticize them at all, they are no longer in it with us anymore.
