My daughter was unable to get shipping info, it was delivered about two weeks after it was built. Up to that time all we could get was that it was built and released for shipping, it came by convoy. It's worth the wait however!

Got it! Was delivered on Wednesday to the dealer, they called on Friday. Unfortunately I don't have any image hosting capability so I can't post a picture. Thanks for your help and understanding!

After 3 months my daughter got her car! Great car so far, even if the dealer neglected to add the remote start and sill guards, got to go back . Lots of gadgets to learn. Has an air of quality to it, great ride!

Just talked to Ford customer Service, they said it was delivered Wednesday! Great news. She figured they delivered it at night and I know the salesman is off on Thursday. We'll let you know how it goes. BTW, Ford Customer Service people are very friendly and helpful, nice to see nowadays. 1-800-392-3673 (1-5-1-2-2 ask to check a vin)

I wish that was true but it's Chicago and the dealer is one of the largest in the area. Don't make sense, although I can't say I understand all the logistics involved so I can't fairly judge, we'll just have to be patient. Maybe today? sigh.

Sorry, it's just my ignorance of the build process. I thought it would have been shipped sooner since in another thread someone had a build date of the 8th and got a call from the dealer it was in. We've ordered cars in the past and I'm surprised by the delay in delivery. The fact it was ordered May15th kinda makes us a bit anxious even though the delay was an unavoidable act of God (tsunami). I appreciate your time and efforts and in no way are trying to diss anyone, please don't take it that way. Thanks!

Still no indication that the car is being shipped, is this unusual, been 10 days since it was built?

Our sticker was available about 1 week before the car was built. Don't know about Canada. No call yet . I called Ford Customer Service and they said it's finished and waiting to be shipped - still.
