have you tried going to one of the quality reps.that are in the plant.these are union folks who can and will get things done for you.here at nap we have a lady named cloritha.she is very helpful when push comes to shove i have personally seen her at work on these quality issues whether it be transmission replacement paint jobs ect.if you work at nap ask the supervisors for the quality personal and ask for cloritha and if you work at another plant see there quality reps..there is always another way someone with the clout to deal with these dealerships who cut corners and in this case the sales rep could loose his job over this..
