Just had another meeting today..This is turning into a daily scare tactic to insure everybody is in constant confusion and fear..This is not the way to make good products. If Ford really wants to work like a small company, you should nurture your people not whip them into submission.
Our managment says we are known in the company as a plant that is in constant odds with each other. All the upper people seem to know is scare everybody into doing things their way. This has never proved to be a good way to go. If you need to get good product, we actually need some people that know how things work and flow. We need knowledge out here,not just the freinds and relitives of the higher ups.We have been asked to help but, we have been kicked in the teeth too many times before, what will be different this time?
