Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the Equality of Sacrifice grievance?? I have heard rumors of the new car vouchers, but was wondering what you all have heard. My understanding is that it has to be settled before the contract, is this the same everyone else is hearing?

Just wondering If anyone has heard the "rumor" that there are high senority people from Atlanta transferring to Sharonville?? Anyone out there know of anyone doing this????

I have heard that as a Ford employee we get dicounts at various places, one of which being on a Dell Computer? Can anyone tell me how I would go about getting the discount there??? Thank you...

If they are going to offer buy-outs company wide, does anyone know the number they will offer? What happens to those at a plant that will be closed if they only offer a certain amount and higher senority take them??? Does that leave the rest of the guys at a doomed plant out in the cold, or will they make sure to offer enough at the plant to cover everyone there?

If anyone knows anything about what is happening in Batavia, Please help!! We hear rumors hour to hour, as I am sure others do to...It is enough to make someone crazy. We really don't know what is going on with the buyouts, if they effect Batavia and Sharonville or just Batavia? Who will be eligible and how many buyouts will be offered, and how much they will be? Does the buyout (if Offered) depend on the number of years you have worked? I wish that they would at least give the employees a date when they can expect to hear something, that would help at least!! But I know that is not how things work in the corporate world. I guess I should be patient, but it is hard!!!
