couldn't of said it better myself....

i wanted to see if i could vote more than once so i told the 4 friends that i rode with to watch me. in 30 min i managed to vote 6 times before i even got a strange look. not once did i get checked for id. is was sad at first and got even worse when it looked like i could have voted even more. was it wrong for me to do this? sure but i had to know if the system even worked. and just so you know i didn't think this up we heard someone saying that they had voted 2 times as he was walking out. so i had to try.

At what point do we say enough is enough. I understand that “look at the big picture” but how am I supposed to do that if I’m not going to be IN THE BIG PICTURE ANYMORE. I’m not sure how much ill care about the big three if I lose my job looking at the big picture.

what local contract are you talking about. the one that is expired? this is going to get very intersting. some say that WAP & ISA lost there car and MTP got a new plant. not sure who's is right but were going to find out soon. i love how nobody knows what going on and it's getting very close. this should be fun.

not sure what is being said to everyone at the truck plant but at here at isa we were told that if the sales # remain low or don't pick up that there will be very few people come over from mtp. as far as trades go im not sure. i know that there are a lot of them i looks like there tripping over themselfs now. there are 3 full shifts now. if your look for more info sorry hope this helps

just wanted to know how many plants out there have a local contract. here at wayne isa we don't have one and it doesn't look like there even trying to get one. everytime we ask the answer comes back "i haven't heard anything from the union."

anyone that is ready to get rid of the green team start posting. i have heard a lot of talk about cleaning house it might be time....lets see

im not sure are you coming to the isa or wap there is a hugh differance between the two

start times are 6am till? 3:30pm till? we have been running about 9hr lately depending how were running. we have 42 tFt's in the isa plant now. i think half days/afternoons breaks are 9am lunch 11am 1:06 pm for days not sure for 3rd shift but its the same format. hope this helps.

there has been no coa vote or even talks at the isa plant. the company did try to have a sit down and tell us some of the stuff that thay would be looking to get but wouldn't put anything in writing.

i'm pretty good friends with both of our BARG reps and as i talk to them today i'm still unclear on why everyone thinking that were closing in 2011. we have not been informed of any such thing here at wayne isa. this doesn't even seem to be a rumor here? more help or info would be great.

just like to know what peole realy think about or local and it's leaders.
