Looks like we have a Rat a Pussy rerun and a De Sales Punk runing for a shot to finish off KTP. What a pile of shit , the old timers r turning over in their graves right now.

If I were to look in to a crystal ball to find out about KY training money it would look something like this. The money is spent to train temps to let go buyouts, then in september they pull the rug out and drop 3rd shift so they get what they want and free labor untill end of third shift. Temps loose all and rest pray for gen pool and sub pay My advice go for the sure thing and take the money and run. :happy feet: :happy feet:

Ford will never let anybody know what is going on. We have people wanting and ready to come. People wanting and ready to leave. I see two crew coming in September also. Unless the order bank jumps to 80,000. I hope it works for the people who stay. If I had at least 10 years I would try to ride it out. If i knew we were getting a product I would stay, but what about LAP where are those people going?

Yea made me laugh too! Nobody really Knows what is going on thats why we are in the shape we are today. Thats why iam taking the buy out. I tired of the blind leading the blind. We had it all then gave it away. Thanks to Nassar.

We were told last night that we would be going back to three crew operating pattrern, with OT and shift premiums. But we are still scheduled for down weeks. Go figure , At least the money will be back were it was.

I work in KY and Live in IN. IN has much better schools,cheaper taxes, and there is a nice tax credit for working out of state. Also you will get alot more for your money when buying a place in IN . If you need more info drop me a line and i can send you a link for some maps and such. Jeremy Ward

Order Bank for 08 Super Duty is at 32,000. They started taking orders on 11/16/06. Not to bad.

uaw 862 released numbers for buy ou so far KTP 400 and LAP 600 But lap is going to slow line down 14 jobs per hour and that may cut about 500 jobs or so.

Uaw 862 released new numbers on buyouts Tuesday. So far There is about 400 at Ktp and about 600 at Lap. We have untill Nov. 27th to sing up. There will be more. :happy feet:
