Wow, I thought the HVC was supposed to be a better job then a assembly line job. I also left Indy. I ended up at KCAP.

I am glad that people making minimum wage are getting a chance to make decent money (14$ an hour). The only problem is, they don't know what the hell they're doing' and it is'nt their fault. Not saying the TPT'S don't work hard (because they really do) but,,, I can't teach a temp,, quality in 30 days. Sorry, but it comes with experience. I hope this does'nt hurt the blue oval in the long run BUT damnit, don't treat me lika scrub, Cuz I know what I'm doin', and that is making a quality product. I will take quality over quantity ANY DAY!!

I am very surprised that more Indy ACH workers haven't posted to this. It might be a list of OUR plant only, but, why have only certain people seen this "list"!! I would think that people that had this information would let the underinformed know what the hell is really going on!! That could be the reason the Union is failing now! Remember "United we stand, divided we beg"!! Right now I think I will beg for some answers.

Never knew what it was called but we are getting some of the same things happening at Indy ACH. Reduce people out, add more machines and make 1 worker run all of the machines. No write-ups YET!!
