  1. I think it was due to the difference in turbo setup. The isuzu in the chevy has variable vane. The powerstroke inhouse deisel has a variable double compressor wheel not sure why this would be better obviously not. wiki ford 6.7 specs=Honeywell’s single-sequential turbocharger features an industry-first double-sided compressor wheel mounted on a single shaft. Combines the benefits of a small turbocharger (faster response) and a large turbocharger (ability to compress and force more air into the engine for more power) in one unit.[3]
  2. Well I have seen 4.6's turning 9500 but that was all motor maybe the turbo part was a little much but hey if money was no object anyway i can see potential with it just something different.....
  3. what about the 3v v10, I still love that video of the test mule with them beating it up a the track even though i think it was a 2v well anyway a 3v v10 with turbo in my 1990 notch would be awesome turning about 8 grand wow im getting goosebumps! LOL
  4. PIck the ball back up and build the 427 :shades:
