My buddy has an 04 Tundra (Traded in a Super Duty for it....), and he has had 3 windshields crack on it during the ownership. He has gotten fed up with it, and actually tried to trade it in at a Toyota dealership, but the resale SUCKED on it. I just had to laugh, as he was SO SURE the resale was like 1000x more than a domestic (he got 2x more for his older, higher mileage F350 than they are offering for the Tundra).

My dealer has had my order for an 08 F350 Crew for over 5 weeks now, and is still claiming that Ford is not scheduling. Its really starting to piss me off.

I am one of these waiters. My dealer took the order 3 or more weeks ago, and flat out told me that Ford accepted it, but that he could not get me a build date till a few weeks into October.

I realize I may be in the wrong area, but I figured you KTP employees might be able to set me straight. I have been trying to order a new F350, and my dealer is giving me a line that: 1.) KTP isnt taking any new truck orders from the Northeast for a few weeks (so he cant schedule till the second week of Oct. or so) 2.) No reason why Can anyone shed some light? I configured this truck 3 weeks ago, and gave the dealer the OK to put it into the Ford system. I dont see WHY this would be a truth, but what do I know? Thanks
