I agree, we not only need to start a new thread... We all need to start over period! Now that elections are over lets stick together and work together to build the best quality vehicle possible and work with the union members elected and management to continue to bring additional work and ideas to the plant so we can retire here in Ohio! This past election was nasty. I sure learned some things from all of this! People will say anything to get elected or damage the reputation of someone else so they look better to the membeship. Things really became perosnal, vindictive and mean. Sometimes people get so caught up with the thought of obtaining power and control that they will say anything to get a position. If we have facts then I think people need to know about them, but to make stuff up when you have nothing to reply with is wrong. I truly believed in two people running in this past election and I pushed hard for them both. Because of my beliefs and the position that I took by pointing out the B.S. others were saying and making up..... I was attacked personally. That is politics I guess, however, I would like to point out that by getting personal you can really hurt someone. A union member actually took some of these lies seriously and has threatened to contact my husband in Iraq and inform him of the things being said in the plant. He may have already done this. That is the last thing anyone needs when they are in a dangerous posion. By having their minds off track with what they are doing. He could get hurt or someone else could get hurt if they are not paying attention. I just can't believe a union member would be so cruel over politics. I also learned that everyone is against "hog cutting" and buddy favortism until a deal is being cut for them. I watched friends who were adiment to stop the deals being cut for others until they wanted to go days or get a better job.Then thier entire attitude changed. Example: there are two relief people on nights that actually believe that senior people should have to pay a price by going night shift for six months in order to obtain a classification. So they do they believe that these premium jobs should be posted on nights and the low seniority people like themselves should go days. This is a direct violation of seniority rights and what the union is founded on! It is up to all of the rest of us to make sure that the contract is being followed. We are just as guilty as a membership then some of the elected members. Lets start over and stick to the facts. We are counting on the union members elected to do the right thing for all of us as a membership but it is also up to all of the rest of us to watch that things are done correcty and by the contract. The union is here to assist us. Example: If you have a job that is being looked at and management is considering addidng work to you. It is up to YOU to prove this point by fighting the additional work. It is the union structure that will then back you up. It is not their job to fight your job if you are actually doing the work! There are also too many people writing "boguss" grievances. It is up to our union structure to pay the greivances that have merit and weed out the "boguss" grievances or stop writing them all together. A good union rep. will stick to the contract and educate all of us on our rights not by making deals or writing grievances for anyone who complains. So my point is... We all have a role here to play here. Let's do the right thing for the membership and stop being so selfish. It will benefit us all in the long run! A good time to start is tomarrow (Sunday) at our next union meeting. See you all then!

Telling half truths and trying to persuade people that are new to this plant and do not know everything that has and is going on. It is wrong. I just want to tell everyone the truth.

You are something else. Everyone in the area has watched you. We have all seen you take letters off peoples work areas and pretend to be reading them and then you throw them away! Anyone can go to 2 line in Trim and ask people that work there or even across on 1 line. I challenge anyone that this interested in this conversation to ask people there themselves then you will see who the liar really is! As for the truth hurting.... coming from you ..... Have you ever told the truth on this web site??????????????????? That is the problem that I have with you! You are entitled to your own opinions like everyone else. But when you just blatantly lie and make things up and post it, then I have a problem with you! I have had it with your disfunctional behavior. Oh my, I can't believe you of all people can actually get on this site and write about other people's integrity! Especially after everything you and your family has done in the past! All you guys are about is personal gain! Like your dad appointing you to a position that you did not deserve. Where you were paid approx. 11 hours a day and you came in late and even brought your kids to work with you and then left early. It is pretty bad when international union has to remove you for the benefit of the membership! Didn't your dad try to get your brother a fake journey card so he could get his son an electrician job? The list just goes on and on. As for attacks, didn't you call your dad out to Trim to read the draft letter that I wrote before I passed them out the next day. I was told that your dad told one person that I better not write anything with his name on it because I do not know who I am dealing with! Lets not forget all the stuff that you made up about me. Who knows what else you makeup. We never know when you are talking facts or B.S. Just make it up..... people will believe YOU right? That is your family's way of dealing with politics. Make stuff up to discredit the person. You are in no position to talk about anyone else Mary!

Okay, I never thought I would post here again, however, the lying Mary does on this site is crazy! Just about everyone knows that Mary comes in to work early to pick up any letters or info. that speaks the truth about the Donovans. In fact, I have herd that someone has a picture of her on their phone doing exactly that. I have talked to some individuals who watched her pick up info. right off of their work station!

Truthfully, I am not sure what a "sugar daddy" is but Rich is a very good friend of mine. If anyone has the role it would be him. The point is.... Why isn't anyone concerned about who I eat lunch with everyday or talk to everyday but they make stuff up for political reasons. It's immature. We all laughed about it at first. Now it really has made me angry.

WOW. HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE. The Donovan family works at Ford and has a factual history here in Ohio. Sure there are lies being told to persuade people. That is why I started to write here because an inoccent person was being attacked with B.S. for their benefit! I have not told any lies. Period. You can call me what you want, however, I have the right to state my point of view. When you attack someone's personal life and family that has nothing to do with Ford....... Okay... wow. I am ready to reply now. My tears have dried and my feelings have turned to anger. It is 3:00 a.m. and I can't sleep because of this. I was threatend before by the Donovan clan and here we go again. Anyone who knows me (Mary) will tell you that I am very happily married. Look into my past. I have no skeletons. I have never gone out with or "played with" anyone who worked for Ford in Sandusky, Lorain or Ohio Truck! ever. I never even went to breakfast. Ask around. Mary you work in Trim. Everyone knows my "sugar daddy" is Richard Kingsboro. He is my buddy and one of my best of friends. Yet know one has every said anything about us being anything else. Maybe that is because there is no political agenda there for you. Mary, you started the personal attacks with the second girlfriend and sugar daddy stuff.... and you want to be a committee person? Why, so you can represent your followers and step on the rest? If people like you get into union representation then my prediction is we will no longer be a union, but a buddy system. I agree!!!!! check the reporting! Talk to people that have been here. Everything I have said is true. Just about everyone that works here anymore is related to someone.... and that is great. However, it is crossing the line when you start doing special favors for them. Like Jerry trying to get Mary a life time position that she had no business what so ever doing. Also cleaning someones attendance record... We all know about this last episode where she had her record cleaned and replaced with FLMA. What about the time before that when her record was cleaned and replaced with all union business and alot of it! That is when you cross the line. What about Mary's husband?????? Still no mention. I can go on about hog cutting for friends. If you want to get a relative or friend a great job. Good for you and them. When you don't follow the contract, that is another story.

Bruce's "girlfriend" no longer works at ford. AS far as family favoritism... what do you call it when your daddy appointed you to the ERC rep. position with no seniority or experience! In fact, I was told by many people that you strolled into the office at 10:00 a.m., would sit in the office for only a few hours then you would leave for the day, and you even brought you kids in with you! Good thing international and had you removed! By the way, I was really looking forward to working in your area on interior trim, however, Those jobs were already filled. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and I do not agree with hog cutting, irate tempers and a union full of family favoritism. First I know that labor called Bret (your supervisor at the time) and told him to take your radio away from you because of your mouth! FACT. A friend in management asked me what your deal was. Oh and I will see you bright and early in the morning Monday! Farley will be there too so no more Cory U. That is a good thing. I feel for the folks on nights. Marvin Jones is ready for him though. He can handle him. Farley and Cory delayed our move for a week or I would already be there. I can't wait! See you tomorrow! :hyper:

You are so consumed with your dad and brother winning this election so you can once again perhaps get a appointed position or perhaps you are so filled with hate because your husband lost the election last time and now he sits in the office all day with Mike Donovan. He probably wants an appointed position too!!!!! Now that we are on the subject of your husband..... what does he do all day in that office with Mike D????? No one will tell me and I talk to allot of people! One minute you had open jobs in your area and now they are filled and Bruce had no part of it??? I know he has been on Cory's case every day about open jobs and tpts on jobs..... He is a B.C. on days. He has the entire plant and allot of meetings to attend since he is on days.(nights has very few). They take up allot of his day. Yet you want him to hold your hand constantly. You already had your radio taken away once. You are complaining because he was not there on one specific line in your area for one hour of the day? Is this because you want to monopalise his time so that he can not help anyone else in the plant? He called labor down there to begin with who are you trying to fool? Is that all you can come up with? You are pretty weak and shallow. Mary if you really think that people can't see through what you are doing... You are not as smart as you think you are. Your negativity is not good for the trim area or the entire plant. This attitude and display of hatred towards another union member is not what we need to see in our plant. We need to work together to get things done not work against each other. What have you done to support the union. They have already passed out copies in Trim. All group leaders were given a copy and if anyone wants a copy they can get it from them. I do not know about chassis. Mike Donovan or Paul Triplet should have passed them out. It has always been the companies responsibility for purchasing and printing the books. They are not done yet as far as I know.
