I dont know if there is a minimum amount of stock that you need to own. I quess you can contact Ford to find out.

If someone can tell me how to post pics I have several on my laptop right now.

I went online to sharebuilders.com and opened an account. You can buy or sell stock for $10 a trade once you open an account. I contacted Ford at their Shareholders Relations Vehicle Program and they sent ma a form to fill out. I mailed the form along with a copy of my Sharebuilders account showing my Ford stock and I got my Xplan pin by email within a week. I got the $750 coupon by requesting a Fusion brochure from the Ford website, it was attached to the brochure and had my name on it.

I did my part for Ford. I was able to use my X=Plan pin# that I got as a stockholder, the $750 coupon I received in a Fusion brochure and $ 4500 for my clunker Isuzu Trooper AND the 4.9% financing !! I am the proud owner of a Brillant Silver Fusion SEL 2.5 with Charcoal interior, the rapid spec 302 package, rear spoiler and 18 inch wheels. This car is VERY nice, it has more bells and whistles than I can describe right now, the interior is top notch , materials and fit and finish is perfect. The Charcoal leather with the contrasting white stiching looks fantastic. This car absolutely out classes the Camry I was in recently NO comparsion. Thank You Ford !!

Hi Guys, i just received my PIN # from Ford and a Fusion broshure with a $750 off coupon. The coupon states that it is not to be used with A/Z/D plan or combined with "Private" offers. Can I use this with the x plan?? What is a private offer??

I also forgot to add to my last reply that I will not purchase another vehicle with large diameter wheels again .

Maybe its just me but the very last thing I want on an every day driver is a large diameter wheel with a small aspect ratio tire. The roads are full of potholes , bumps,raised manhole covers and railroad tracks, rocks etc.. A small sidewall tire is easily damaged and rides rough as well as providing less cushion for the rim. I have two 05 Foci SES models and after having to replace one of the aluminum wheels on both cars I have replaced the stock 16 inch ones with 15 inch aluminum. The stock 16inch 50 series tires tend to wear very quickly due to the soft rubber compound used for these sporty tires AND they are very expensive to buy. I mounted 195/60/15 tires and rims to both cars and because the outside diameter is the same as the 16's the speedometer is not affected. I can honestly say that the cars ride is better and handle just as well and the tires wear much better then the old ones and well be cheaper to replace when the time comes...

I think that 230 hp is plenty for this vehicle. I am interested in the 2.5 I4 with the 6 speed auto. Gas is not getting any cheaper.

The Focus is what it is ,a very good small sedan that gets great mpg and is comfortable considering its price.

I have been lurking on this site for at least a year. I have two 05 Foci , SES sedans and they have been great. I have been shopping around and looking at every small SUV out there to replace a 99 Trooper (13mpg) The 08 Escape redesign had caught my attention but I was not happy with the powertrain and the fact that SYNC was not available. I am here to tell you that I WILL purchase an 09 Escape when it becomes available. Thanks to all the Ford employees here for all the great info.
