Any Ideas?

The car has been sitting for a while so I got a new battery for it and now there is just clicking. The motor is a 3.8. I charged the battery for a while and it took a charge so everything should be good. Also took the battery back to the parts store and they told me it was good also. Basically I put the key in and it just clicks like a dead battery. Tried using a booster pack and still the same thing. I read in the book there is a fuel pump reset switch in the trunk. I did that along with locking the doors and unlocking them with the key to disarm the security system. Checked the fuses in the engine bay and they are all good also. What do you think?
