The list that all locals have is the same list that is posted on page 4 the last post on this thread. Everybody that we have talked to have said that their seniority is right on that list so now your saying the only two that is wrong is the two in dispute i hardly think so.

They left as production workers not trades a while back.

It's no rumor 2 millwrights took the last bid that had no right to the bids. They were never presented with jsp or ilo and somehow went to production when they could of still been working as millwrights. They were hired off the street as millwrights with no production time 1994 seniority would of still been working as millwrights if they did'nt volunteer to go to production. Somehow transferred to dtp as production workers and were allowed to go back on there tools after saying i don't want to be a millwright anymore. The only way they can come back to there tools is if they go to hire off the street. again they were never presented with jsp or ilo they choose to leave on there own with there seniority they would still be working at there old plant as millwrights DUDE!!!!!!!!!!

You say hear that trades may volunteer for production with no production time and this is new langauge. But on the outher thread you say its been there since 1984. I don't understand what is it a or b or pick the won that suits you at the time.

How did the dtp millwrights get the bid.

The two from DTP how did they get on the bid i heard what leval said but they had no production time there FSD and there DOE are the same. He said that they changed it in the last contract. well i think they moved well before the last contract. In the last contract if you did'nt have production time you could not go to production but they did. Don't tell me that 94 seniority was getting forced to jsp because that would be bullshit. There was a deal cut at saline to let them come to dtp and than the contract was changed but they and leval were the only 3 that new it. If not last contract why were we not informed that we could bid on production bids if we were in trades. Yes there would of been some people that would of done just that a whole lot of mr's for sure. It is my understanding that under the new contract trades can go to production only after all of production is canvassed in zone and out of zone than all trades with production time in zone and out of zone and than trades with no production time can then be moved. So how did this happen then or now. I saw that the bids did not even go to saline or milan they must not have any trades left or next bid we will see a shit load of them. When they did the market test letter for there lines they won there work unlike rawsonville who did the same test and lost all of our work.Now with the building being condemned but there work being awarded to the plant they needed a place for there lines to go What better place than rawsonville right up the road. So you should thank them if they would not have won the work we would both be closed. The work they won is just short term but its work. The ball is now in your heros court can he bring work in long term. Up to this point it don't look good short term or long term. Now did you under stand that grasshopper i hope so.

we are still missing 2 bids 2 to buffalo were filled at rawsonville 1 to ford land from rawsonville missing one Rouge bid was for 6 and 1 from rawsonville and 4 from monroe still missing one. What a way to find out information you would think with all the money we pay in dues that they would tell us who the successful bidders are they owe that to us. Instead who got the bids we can't tell you why because we said so. what kind of crap is that.

I.am at a plant that is going away we have 14 millwrights in jsp 25 onthe floor working. We get every bid because of are jsp people. If we missed a bid its because we did'nt get it. We have to leave are plant is going away. 75% of are millwrights bid and everybody on the floor have more than 98 seniorityso what are you talking rarely.

I'am smelling fish again we have 14 millwrights in jsp at are plant in zone 1. Which means we get any millwright bids that go up and any millwright at are plant can bid working and jsp millwrights we can all bid. I'am working but have much more time than 98 I'am in zone and that job should be mine or who evers got more time than me. You just don't look at jsp seniority and say OK you have them people beat so you can come back to your tools. Very rarely when bids go up in trades do the people that are in jsp get the bid it's the people that are in the plant working with the seniority that gets the bid. Than theres a vacancy in the successful bidders plant at that time if the company wants they can go to there JSP and by seniority back fill the vacancy. If they just simply took a look at the seniority list of JSP and than said well the millwrights we have on the line here have all the JSP millwrights beat in seniority so we can just bring them back there sadly mistaken it needs to be adressed it's wrong and needs to be fuck-in addressed right away. If it was done by seniority I would have that job or somebody with more time than me and that would put us back at 20 fucking years of seniority. I did'nt know i was by-passed but i sure the fuck do now and I'am complaining.
