  1. Honestly it is a great law in the bad weather. However when you want to rush onto something else it is not fun to sit there and wait for the attendent. Plus our gas is cheaper than most states because of living so close to Newark.
  2. I used to live close to there at one point and have dealt with Koons before. They have always been honest in the past. I can't get involved because it would be a conflict of interest, but maybe someone that has no relation business/personnel could share this information from there potential customer. I bet if they saw this thread they would not even attempt to sell to them. Ford backs up there dealers in court cases so lets see if this guy can handle fighting a legal team and who will really win. By the way the court you need to go to is circuit or above because the cost goes off of the total cost of the vehicle not the 1000 or so difference. Good luck at getting to circuit court without hiring a lawyer and then how much are you really going to gain or save by the time you pay everyone who helps with your case. Move on already. Can someone who monitors this forum block this conversation from continuing, because it is getting old quick.
  3. If they don't someone should make them aware of the threat. After all he did mention the dealership in this thread multiple times. I do have to side with the dealer on this one... :reading:
  4. In looking up some information on the price protection this looks like it only applies to x/a/d plans. When the customer is given a copy of the invoice upfront they are price-protected. Otherwise unless the price is set on the sales order the deal is not price protected. With the wording on his deal it looks like there is no price protection because the price was not set at the time of order. This seems more like an order that was placed on if you want it when it comes in we will negotiate the price then.
  5. I had to fill-up for the first time today. When I got the Ford Escape Hybrid AWD vehicle it had 21 Miles on it and a full tank of gas. I drove it up to 428 miles for a total of 407 since initial fill-up from the dealership. The fill-up was 12.781 gallons which gives me 31.844144 MPG on the first tank of gas. :happy feet: Thank you Ford for improving on the Escape Hybrid. Most of the driving that I did was on the highway at speeds of 60 miles per hour this time with the exception of a few local trips. This is a big improvement over the vehicle that I had that got an average of 19 MPG. The gas attendent kept looking for the cap. It is nice to be capless... :shades:
  6. Replacing the USB cable fixed the charging issue for my GPS device. Thank you for providing this information.
  7. All I can say is I have experience with going to court over a similar issue and most of your money will end up with a lawyer. So is it really worth fighting?
  8. Unfortunately I did not get the Nav so that will not work, but thank you for providing that for others that did. The dealer was able to call Ford and get the ESN number. Ford sends them over to Sirius monthly and this one had not made it over there yet. Thank you for all the suggestions.
  9. Just picket up my FEH and was told these rebates/incentives are only for the gas model.
  10. Not written in there, just says press Sirius and then 1, but that does not bring it up.
  11. I got my new FEHL AWD 09 vehicle today and during the purchase I was offered to extend the sirius subscription past the 12 months for a discount. Any idea on how to get the 12 digit number needed for the radio? The Sirius + 1 button that the manual said does not work. We tried multiple options while at the dealer tonight that did not work. Any thoughts on what I could try?
  12. Thank you for the update. I talked to the dealer today, the vehicle is in. I go and get it later today. :happy feet:
  13. Thank you, my sales person is out today. Maybe it will get there today or tomorrow and I will find out then.
  14. Bump for hopefully a final update, and back to the first page. Is the vehicle still in transit? :reading: I was hoping from what the dealership said last week that it would already be there. Thank you again for all the updates.
  15. ViperPilot - Thank you for the update. I look forward to the new Escape Hybrid AWD Limited Edition. I got a call earlier in the week from the dealer letting me know an estimated arrival of the week of the 1st. Thank you again.
