  1. Well here is something new http://www.breitbart.tv/report-epa-suppres...global-warming/
  2. I think a person needs to look back and see where and who started all of this to get a better picture of where it may go. Earth day ? LOL Top Stories Earth Day Philly Style Environmentalist Loved Planet, Murdered Girlfriend By MICHAEL P. TREMOGLIE, The Bulletin Published: Wednesday, April 22, 2009 Today is Earth Day, a holiday created to honor the planet and to raise the consciousness of man’s effect on the environment. Philadelphia has a very strong tie to this day. One of its native sons, Ira Einhorn, was a co-founder of the environmentalist jubilee. But Mr. Einhorn has another line on his resume. In addition to being a environmental guru, he is the Unicorn Killer. While a student at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Einhorn dated a Bryn Mawr College graduate by the name of Holly Maddux. When the affair ended in 1977, Mr. Einhorn went into a jealous rage and murdered her. He concealed his crime for 18 months by stuffing Ms. Maddux’s body in a trunk that he kept in his apartment. The foul odor of the decomposing corpse coming from Mr. Einhorn’s Powelton Village apartment caused neighbors to complain. In 1979, police found the trunk stored in a closet in Mr. Einhorn’s apartment. Ira Einhorn, member of the counterculture pantheon, one of the founders of the environmentalist movement, icon of the liberal intelligentsia, was charged with murder. But it was not just a simple murder, it was a gruesome case of domestic violence. At the bail hearing, Mr. Einhorn was praised by a contingent of luminaries — all testifying to his character. There were Ivy League professors, an Episcopalian minister and corporate executives who worked with Mr. Einhorn raising funds. They all stated under oath that he was a man of the greatest integrity. Arlen Specter, currently Pennsylvania’s senior United States Senator, was Mr. Einhorn’s attorney. He managed to get the bail set at the unheard of amount of $40,000 for the suspected murderer. Only 10 percent was needed to free him. Barbara Bronfman, heiress to the Seagram liquor fortune, paid it. Proclaiming his innocence, Mr. Einhorn told all that he was framed. He said it was the CIA or the FBI who committed the murder and they were trying to frame him for it because of his political activities. Some will note that another notorious Philadelphia murderer, Mumia Abu Jamal, used this defense a few years later. Like Mumia, Mr. Einhorn had no shortage of leftist followers. Mr. Einhorn skipped bail and left Philadelphia in 1981. More than a decade passed when the DA's office tried Mr. Einhorn in absentia after being unable to locate him. He was convicted in 1993. Several years after the absentia conviction, in 1997, Mr. Einhorn was located. He was living in France with a new girlfriend — a Swedish woman. The District Attorney’s office in Philadelphia immediately asked to have him extradited. However, the humane French refused to extradite Mr. Einhorn. French officals cited the use of capital punishment in Pennsylvania and the conviction in absentia as reasons for their refusal. Mr. Einhorn was able to convince the French courts not to extradite him until he received the promise of a new trial. A Pennsylvania legislator, Dan O’Brien, introduced a bill in the Pennsylvania General Assembly that allowed granting Mr. Einhorn a new trial, if he asked for it, and if the French extradited him. The bill did not vacate the original verdict. When France began extradition, Mr. Einhorn’s representatives requested the European Court of Human Rights to review the case. The request was denied. He was extradited to Pennsylvania in July 2001. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to life in prison October 17, 2002. But there is a little mentioned irony about the Einhorn saga. Ira Einhorn was arrested for murder March 28, 1979, the day the Three Mile Island nuclear plant accident occurred. Ira Einhorn, environmentalist, was charged with murder during the same period as one of the greatest environmental accidents in United States history. But the real irony is that more people died in the apartment of Ira Einhorn, co-founder of Earth Day than at Three Mile Island. The environmentalist killed more people than the so-called environmental disaster. Happy Earth Day. Michael P. 3. I think I will, as always , when you do the right thing, you get screwed! But when you screw up, the government is there to help you out, as long as you don't pay your taxes, pay your house payment which you couldn't afford to start with , buy those bad loans,or just want a high speed train out of Calf.to the nowhere bridge of Sen. Reid. LOL
  4. I kinda like this one too . Where did all the people go that wrote good commercials? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BlJLtqhBEtw...feature=related And this is one of the best ones they had out,
  5. There is this one thing that I keep remembering from my college days , from way back when .lol We had a professor in a class ,can't remember which one or even how we came about talking about this , but he made a statement that has stayed with me all these years. He said something to this effect, " Remember when you are watching the world events unfold that there is one reason only for what happens at the UN , and that is to bring the USA into the same position as the rest of the world. Since the other countries can't or wont ever be able to move up to the standers of us, the USA, then the only way to make everyone equal is to bring us down to their standards , take from us till we are at the same level as them. Because of the type governments they have ,and lack of understanding they have, they have wasted most of the resources they had that would have made them great too. " This same guy also made another statement that made us all burst out in laughter , " One day water will cost more than gasoline " Who would have thought that a store could sell water in the early 70's ? And some of it for over $2 a bottle ! So what am I saying, just remember, the government is the best at playing this game we call " bait & switch" . And it doesn't matter who has the power , they are all about the same as long as we leave the same people in power long enough . Me thinks it is time to clean house and to make ALL of them accountable for their actions !!!
  6. Well he did throw his grandmother under the bus , what makes anyone think the rest of us aren't fare game ?
  7. Well I am doing my part to help. I have started to cut down as many trees as I can and burn them for heat so as not to cause the power plants to use so much coal, plus it saves me some money so I will have more to give to the UN to help out all those other poor countries that we now owe so much money to .Wont be long before we will all be walking to work , no cars as they do too much damage to our earth . So where will this leave the BIG 3 ? Hmm , well the UAW will have to change their name to something like , UHSW ... United Horse Shoes Workers I do have some extra hay if anyone needs it to feed your horse ,lol
  8. Well now it seems we have another [problem] . Extreme Alaska cold grounds planes, disables cars. I hope oh Al is stuck up there . http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090108/ap_on_...ka_extreme_cold
  9. Boots Justin Work Boots Made in the USA
  10. I guess we now know why most states want to raise the gas tax. http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/14/1494.asp
  11. Hmm, only got 12 0f 17 right. I sure have forgot a lot over time.
  12. I think they may be right about the earth warming up. And we humans are doing much more damage than first thought ! I saw a report a while back where that NASA was checking the climate of not only the Earth, but all the planets , and guess what they found? We have caused ALL of them to warm up at the same time by the same amount .Talk about far reaching damage we have caused . But don't get too worried ,since the economy has tanked, we and them have started to cool back off , at the same time !
  13. There is only 1 problem I see with that , where is your tax money now? Every time they get new money for something they say we need, it never gets to where it is supposed to go. I would be for it IF a law was passed so that none of that money could EVER go to anything else.
  14. With all the States and Fed. Government looking for money, I figure it wont be long before they just take ALL of our money, and then give us back just enough to by food with, that way they can say they are taking care of us . Oh, and also tell us what we can buy and when with that money "they" gave us. First it was cigarettes, because they were bad for us, and the government needed the extra money to help pay for the health care smokers get,did anyone see any of that money? Sin tax they called it . LOL Now food and drinks? Oh and cloths too ,I guess if you buy cloths they will be taxed according to your weight ? The bigger you are and the more sodas you drink with sugar in it the more the tax will be, and since you drive a car made in the US by one of the big 3 , then you need to pay a Gas Guzzler Tax. Any one know what they said that money was for ? And where did it go ? Hmm Now they also want to tax your health care ? I thought for the last 2 years the liberals wanted us to have "free" government health care.I guess it depends on how you define "free" ? I think a lot of people in this country have grown weak and have depended on someone else to do all their thinking for them and like the story of the Pied Piper, when they , the government speaks, they tend to follow ,even if it leads off into the cave ,never to be seen again. I hope that people will wake up and look around to see what is really taking place, soon.
  15. Well if that were to happen, I would guess the drills would start up soon off the coast of the US .The added tax would make gas around $6-$8 a gallon, now wouldn't that help out a lot to get things moving again LOL
  16. Well, now she wont have to say, " I was for it before I was against it " She has a clean slate ,both in the voting dept. and brain dept.
  17. OK , that does it!! Kick him out of the country ! A person can only take so much . LOL
  18. Car I have bought include , 1099 Ford Escort,2001 Escort ZX2 ,2006 Mustang GT . Note, I have never owned an import car or truck of any kind! Unless you count the ZX2 ,but it was made by Ford. The only car other than Ford I have had was a 1964 Buick ,what can I say, I was only 16 and that car didn't last long LOL. The Mustang now has a supercharger on it,and makes over 450 RWHP and still gets around 25-26 MPG on the highway .This may turn out to be the best car I have ever owned. I have beat the crap out of it and it still keeps on going .
  19. Yep you are right, no paycheck from Ford, just work on them , and buy them!!! And that is where your pay check comes from !!!! So you would like for me to " do my talking with my pocket book outside this forum" ? Hmmm OK I will !!!! I hope you know what you have done , and are doing by making that statement.
  20. So much hate !! If this is how you treat people that don't conform to you , no wonder you are having troubles . Oh, do you mean Ford employee ,that is a card carrying , or does working for a Ford Dealer not count ?
  21. I do agree with you about all the negative reporting that you guys get form the media . So just a few questions from me, and reason I am asking is to learn from YOU , not the media. You say you will always be: against the Republican for the REST OF MY LIFE!" Aren't they the ones that are trying to get more and cheaper oil to us , so we can afford to buy the big cars? Your cars? Aren't they the ones that are tying to get the CAFE standards lowered so it would be cheaper to make these cars, which in turn means you guys keep more of your money? Not sure, but I think it was the extremist, stupid, destructive environmental leftists working in concert with their elected brethren in Congress ie, Dems. that are doing this, and these are the people that you support? The ones that are going to now tell you what kind of car to build, how many you can build, and what kind of power plant they are going to use,and the type fuel they will burn? These are the very same people that got us into this mess, and you still trust them? Please help me to understand this !!! Neither party has done much of anything except help themselves to the pie they tell us to leave alone, and the sooner we ALL,union or not, stand up to them and make THEM pay for what they have done then the better off we will be. Until then, they will keep this "class warfare" going so we wont look at where the problem really is. As the old saying goes, follow the money ! One more thing, thanks for not flaming me on here, as I said , trying to learn, not from the Government, or the news, but from the people who live the life everyday.
  22. I think it may be too late for you to move to another secured forum. This one has been seen by soo many already , and almost every forum that talks about Ford cars,or it's employees, have links to this one. The whole world sees how you think, and talk about them ,us.I guess the best way to put it is something like this, a guy is sitting at the street corner with a sign up asking for money, says he will work for it and when you offer to help, such as give him a job he starts spouting out a lot of 'screw you, kiss my ass, f-you ,ect..." Really makes you feeling like giving or helping ,doesn't it ? Keep on name calling people in the south, and yep we will tell our reps. to support you LOL. NOT. Where were your out cries when we lost all of our manufacturing here over the last 15 years while you were buying that cheap shit from china ? Yeah , we feel for you .We have been there and done that already! So hows things here now, well big layoffs everywhere ,with out any help from anyone!! So we do the best we can with what we have. Just a thought ,when asking for help, don't put the people down that are also without jobs , that you are asking to foot the bill.Lots of blame to go around, but sitting around blaming others never fixed anything! Just so you know, I have never owned anything other than an American made car, Fords mostly, and hope I never have to buy anything else, but I keep reading the crap on here and makes me wonder if I have made the right decision ,being the dumb ass southern that I am . As a side note, I don't agree with the bank bail outs either! Or the Ins. co. bailouts! No one has offered to bail out my co. either! I think if all the name calling would stop, then things would get better for you people.Remember ,most of these pages have been seen, read, and copied to other forums. I really do hope that the auto workers have jobs for a long time, just wish as others do, the same thing could be felt from there to here.
