  1. Thanks, Derek, makes me happy, no worries, then, with the spare tire.
  2. Is it the same as the four down tires or really a "temporary" tire? I have an XLTScrew 4x4 w/ chrome clad wheels P275/65R18's
  3. Just read in the 2012 F150 Quick Reference guide, the following: "Location of spare tire A temporary spare tire is located under the vehicle, just forward of the rear bumper. The temporary spare is designed for emergency use only and should be replaced as soon as possible." I hope this is not the case with the off road package. If it is, I hope there is room for it to be replaced with a real Spare. Maybe that is how they were able to put a 36 gallon tank under the 5.5 box. That may not seem like a problem in the populated areas, but in the high desert of AZ/UT it is a concern. May have to throw a real wheel/tire in the back of the 5.5 bed.
  4. My window sticker showed up today, scheduled to be built in 10 days on the 28th of November. relieved to see sticker is exactly as ordered, although I've only read one thread where the order was reported as wrong. Ramp one is listed as CA1P and method of Transp. is "CONVOY. I'm guessing that means truck not train? From Kansas City to Arizona. Now comes the hard part-waiting
  5. Closest Rhino dealer is 2.5 hours away and closest Line-x dealer is 3.5 hours away, so we don't see their work up here to judge. will just go with a truxedo lo pro and a rubber mat on the ordered screw as I have on my 2004 FX4, served me well so far.
  6. Your dealer has the ability to track your order and give you the build date. I got my build date on 10/26. May of been available earlier, but that was the first time I emailed the dealer and asked for it
  7. Mickeycrazie When did you order and what is your build date? I ordered 9/29 and received a build date of 11/28 so I hope to see my window sticker the week of the 14th, but I still try every day just hoping. After we receive our trucks, this waiting will seem irrelevant.
  8. I tried that same link with my vin ordered on 9/29 with a build date of 11/28 and get the same message, but tried it with a known 11/03 build that my dealer has on order and it shows. So I guess that our vin's that aren't close to build date just aren't available yet and since there is no PDF file yet , that what the message is telling us. Just have to keep trying it.
  9. Nowheres near KC, but according to the 2012 Order Guide: CUSTOM ACCESSORIES, PRE-INSTALLED- Limited Production Offerings Bed Liner - Spray-in (NA w/Cargo Management Rails-68M) order code 96W Optional on XL, STX, XLT and FX2/FX4
  10. The detail on the Husky web site state "Fits models without factory wheel well flares or factory running boards" I can understand why the wheel well flares would make a difference in mounting the mud flaps, but I don't see where the factory running boards would affect mounting either front or rear. Unless they are referring to something other than the tubular step bars. My factory step bars don't affect the location where I would mount the mudflaps. Is there something about them I am not aware of. I don't have them on my 2004 FX4, but will want something on my 2012 when it gets here. Thanks
  11. DearbornDerek, will my 2012 F150 screw EB 4x4 be built in Dearborn which starts production on Oct 24 or in Kansas City which is scheduled on Nov 17. Truck was ordered on 9/29 Thanks Gary
  12. Just looked at my paperwork again, the $588 advertising fee is still the same for 2012 F150's
  13. The 2012 fuel charge is now $138 from 2 different dealer sheets. One in Arizona and one in California.
