FFH 40.6mpg highway driving after one month.

The console display reset on its own overnight with my one month old FFH. How can this happen? My average MPG was gone. The bar graphs were leaves again and the display with separate electric motor and gas engine power were changed. No one else had access to my car.

Spot on KCM1. I don't have that option. I got fooled by the system status check indicating it is OFF when it should say N/A or something else that doesn't leave the impression it can be turned ON. Silly me. Silly salesman too for trying to find it for me on day two of owning the 500a package for FFH. A Ford Service shop 720 miles from home checked it out with their computer and printed out my options associated with my VIN. Thanks everyone for your help. 38.4mpg going the speed limit on the Interstate with two people and luggage.

You're correct. The ownser manual instructions say it has to be done at the dealship. :-P

Average 38.1 mpg FFH is seven days old with mostly 695 Interstate miles 65-70mph. Work is 2 miles away in the city and I actually lost 0.5mpg over highway. I enjoy driving in EV mode up four levels in the parking ramp. Work has prime parking for hybrids. EDIT: 40.6mpg highway driving after one month.

Congrats mirak! I got my FFH seven days ago after a seven week wait. bbf2530, it wasn't easy finding a dealership willing to order with the X-Plan. Fortunately it was before the cash for clunkers fiasco. I called dealerships in three different states. The FFH is hot and they know they can sell them at invoice. It was right after they sold their last FFH on the lot. The price I paid was the same as listed on the X-Plan website. I think my friendly conversation with the president of the dealership might have had something to do with it. Actually, he called me to thank me for my nice email that was a reply to his request for feedback on my experience with their Internet Sales Manager.

Hello all! How can I enable BLIS? System status says it's off. I'm about to start a long journey at 6:00 AM tomorrow and won't have time to go to the dealership. My Fusion hybrid is a week old and I love driving it.
