My dealership ordered the parts stated on the TSB. Hopefully I will get it in for the repair next week.

I had it towed because the dealership recommended to make sure there weren't any safety issues.

I am picking it up tonight. They said they pulled the fuses and Ford had them do a computer reset. I will get more info tonight.

Well got into my Escape after work today and after starting it the MFT screen was black. I figured it just crashed again but then I noticed my gas gauge, tach, and info screen were also not functioning. I drove the car home and the blind spot monitoring and parking sensors were not working either. The MFT screen displayed the message "battery saver -system off" twice and tried to reboot but with no luck. Well I had it towed to the dealer, hopefully I will know something tomorrow. Also twice this week I had an alert that Navigation was not performing properly see your dealer.

I just had my Escape at the dealership on March 13th and they told me Ford is obviously aware of the issue but do not have a fix at this time.

I have over 10,000 miles I drive 80% highway (60-70 mph) and can't get over 22.8 mpg.

I am going in for oil change/tire rotation, so I figured I would have it checked out.

For about the past month I have had a loud metal to metal popping sound right when I push the start button before the engine turns over. It only seems to happen when the vehicle is cold. Anyone else having this issue? I am taking it in to the dealer on Friday.

I have noticed my front windows are very slow to open and close. Almost like they are struggling because of not enough power.

When I have my iPhone plugged into the USB to charge it doesn't ring to notify me that I have a text or email. It will if I am playing mp3s on the phone but does not make any sound when it is just plugged in. Anyone else notice this?

I too have the "low squeak" when backing up slowly. Almost has a sound if you forgot to release the parking brake.

Mine has been going to FM since the update. Also at times when I hang up from a phone call the "services" screen appears. Seems like with the updates a couple things get fixed and a few new glitches appear!

It happened to me backing out of my garage.

It happened to me a few days ago. I shut the car off and restarted it, the error did not come back up and it hasn't since. Hopefully just a glitch.

My dealership called today and said the tech line suggested I disconnect the battery for 5 minutes outside. They said this hopefully will cause the navigation module to reboot and update......I'll give it a try.

Well my navigation still isn't working properly. Today it took over 20 minutes and 15 miles before my system located the GPS signal. This certainly not comforting if and when I need to rely on it for directions.

Just had mine updated this morning, it does not look that issue has been fixed.

It only shows when the nav system is not working..... It will show on the middle left of the nav screen.

I talked to my dealer.....will take mine in to have it update. Thanks.

Probably couldn't find the satellite......did you have a red X through "GPS" on the screen? Mine does this on a regular basis......hoping the next update will fix this.

I have had it happen three times in the two months I have had my Escape

The Huskys do go over the "dead pedal" area.

Seems like they are vibrating, not physically shutting on and off.
