Wasnt there at least one case where they are fighting in court becase someone was actually put in jail and charged with something that stemed from him not being able to stop? I am pretty sure his his defense the entire time was that the car wouldnt slow down but no one believed him.

You should start a Twitter account and get @fordcustservice to follow you so that you can send them a direct message with your VIN and tracking request. They are really good about helping you out and they usually get back to you within an hour if you do it between 8am and 5pm. Also you can call the CRC 1-800-382-3673 Option 1, 5, 3, 2 and they can give you updates also.

The black looks a lot better than I thought it was going to. I was considering a sport but whent with the Limited instead because I liked the Chrome better with the dark colors. I figured the Chrome would make the grill stand out a lot more than it would with it the same color of the car. I read on here too that there is an aftermarket grill that is our already that you can get to match any of the paint colors offered.
