Because of everything going on, has the company delayed the buyouts? We were told 4 to 6 weeks and the check would be mailed. Not in a hurry, just curious.
February 29th, 2020 is the big day! Surprised at the people getting cold feet saying they'll do another 4 years. Sure, things will change but I'm ready. Everyone has an expiration date. If I'm blessed I'll live another 20 years. Time to go and enjoy life!
I never did either. The plot thickens. Today, management came around with a "Special Temporary Layoff Election Card". There is a mutual agreement between the Company and the Union to have a special one-time work election period from 12/6 to 12/13/2019. You can opt to work or take the inverse. I didn't fill one out because I'm leaving in February. I would have ask a comitteman, but they're never on the floor unless you call them. I got a feeling more layoffs are on the way.
A couple months back, 24 senior employees took a inverse TLO. They were to be back 12/9. Instead, they layed off 70 more due to be back in March. I believe some of the original 24 came back, but not all.
Years down the road when it's time to replace the battery pack, will we see the car lots full of used Mustang Mach E's? I imagine the aftermarket will have a blast making go-faster goodies for these things.
Old Jack did give everyone a computer..... That was outdated by the time we got it. If I remember correctly, He got quite the golden parachute when He left the company. We made Jaguar a better car before we got rid of it.
I like the look and don't have a problem with the concept. I think they should have named it something other than Mustang. There are so many different flavors of Mustang already.
Keep on writing your letters CRYBABY. You are burning lots of bridges by trashing fellow workers, skilled trades, safety, and supervision. I hope you get fired!
