  3. -Bump- Any update on VIN# 1FTFX1EF4BFA70710 this week? As always, your assistance is very much appreciated!
  4. Does anyone know if this is a standard option on the 2011 STX trim line?
  5. Does anyone know what the next round of incentives will be on the 150's? Will the 1,000 trade assist cash be extended after January 31?
  6. Hey Scott: Try this link... http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx At the end, replace the X's with your VIN That should get you a pdf copy.
  7. Yeah, I suspect it would have to be a major re-design to incorporate a trunk in the full size models. However, I think it could be done and would be a great selling point, not that ford needs any more with the F-series anyway. Yes, the Ridgeline never really caught on, but it was a great truck and very unique. It had it's share of drawbacks, which will probably lead to it's demise unless it's re-designed. That's why I'm going back to the F-150 this year. Still love that trunk though... it'll be missed
  8. I don't know why Ford never incorporated an "in bed trunk" to their F Series truck line. Honda really capitalized on this one with their Ridgeline. As a previous owner of a Ridgeline, I would have to say that the trunk was the biggest selling point for me. It was the size of any large passenger car trunk and it didn't tie up any of the bed space. With most full size trucks, you either have to get a toolbox (which ties up about 1/3 of the bed) or get a cover (which can be inconvenient.) Why ford, why??
  9. Ok, thank guys! I guess that makes sense. So, with the 3.55 ration, the vehicles EPA Fuel Estimates increase a little? Or is it too marginal to calculate?
  10. I think you're on to something here! Maybe get a production DVD as well. Heck, than might even increase resale value!
  11. Can anyone tell me what the real difference between the 3.55 & 3.73 ratio axles? What's the advantage of one over the other?
  12. Hey Nemo.. was your truck built at Dearborn? If so, what were the last 5 digits of your VIN? I'm not sure, but I think that's production sequence. Mine is 70710 and was scheduled to be built this week (of the 24th). However, it looks like I'm pushed back another week. I'm getting antsy too because I'm afraid my incentives will expire before I get delivery.
  13. I appreciate the replies. I agree the vinyl floors are the way to go with the ease of cleanup, etc. Also, it's probably best to reinforce the floors with an aftermarket liner of some sort as some of you guys mention. I'm not sure about the husky liners on vinyl though. I had those in my 05 FX4 which had carpet and they were great. However, they are a pretty thin and rigid liner and I'm not sure how they will "grab" on to vinyl. Have any of you used the new "Rugged Liners" on your vinyl floors? They are supposed to be more of an industrial rubber product. That might grip better...
  14. Does anyone know how durable the vinyl floors are in the new 150's? I think they are standard in the XL and STX trim packages. I really like the idea of the easy clean-up, etc. However, I'm concerned a little about the durability. For example, how long will it take for the heel of your gas pedal foot to burn through the floor? What about water runoff from boots? I think raised edges in the flooring area would be a design improvement here. Does ford recommend mats over the vinyl? I can't imagine mats staying in place over slick vinyl. Just curious to hear some other opinions...
