I loved the Bronco when I was a kid growing up. But Bronco and Fiesta. That is just wrong.

Thank you for finally making some major changes to the escape. Besides adding the Sync it doesn't feel like it has been changed since the beginning. I looked at the 2010 and was really disappointed.

I'm waiting for mine still, but I can't complain about the storm. Both of my brothers work at the Chicago stamping plant and I know how long their commute is. I can not blame anyone for not going to work during those storms.

Has anyone had problems with using their A/Z pin? I feel like I'm not getting the service I deserve because I get a discount.

So what exactly can be found out with the VIN? I have been left hanging by the dealership on where the vehicle is. I do have the window sticker and a date that keeps moving further and further away.

I'm going to try and get around the guy they say will let me know of any changes and get to the right person. But I know I will get the run around. I was suppose to have my explorer yesterday. Well now it looks like next Monday. The next time I call (they never get back with me) I'm sure the date will have changed again. Please make a tracking system Ford!! I really hope there will be one the next time I order a vehicle. Until then I guess I will keep waiting for that non existant phone call.
