Hi I ordered a F-150 December 24 and was told by the dealer it was accepted by ford 1/4/11. It is a FX2 Supercab Ecoboost, blue flame, with 20" aluminum wheels, luxury package and spray in bed liner. Dealer has told me he hasnt heard anything from Ford about the truck whatsoever. I'm desperately trying to find out information about the status of the truck and would greatly appreciate any help. Wow 4.10? I know many people put that gear ration in their mustangs for quicker takeoffs. wonder what the difference is in the quarter mile

Yeah its kind of a gamble when ordering a truck and not knowing what kind of incentives will be available when it arrives. Good luck everyone

Id go for the ecoboost. Youl probably get better gas mileage, plust the torque curve in the ecoboost is fantastic.

I actually dont mind that the plate is offset a bit. I think its cool, kinda an identifying mark for the ecoboost.

Great color, is that the same as in the torture test videos?

Hello, My name is Aaron and i live in southern NJ. Placed an order for a ecoboost F150 towards the end of December and am anxiously waiting to be able to drive it. After watching all those torture test videos that pretty much sold me on the engine and the truck. I've never owned a new vehicle before and i'm proud to say my first will be a f150. I also own a mustang with just about the same color so it'l look nice sitting in the driveway. I look forward to reading other member's posts, learn from their experiences and advice.
