Actually showed up at the dealer on 9 May and I took it home on the 10th. Sweet!

Ordered mine on 22 March and got the VIN & delivery date on 22 April. Car is supposed to get here 18 May and I'll be taking delivery the next day. Good news seems to be rolling out and I hope all of you get your good news very soon!

Ordered my 2012 GT on March 22nd and the dealer just told me it'll be here on 18 May. So the 6-8 week time I was told turned out to be very true. Update...car got here on 9 May instead of 18 May. Gotta love that!

Put one of those Pioneers in my 06 GT back in 08 and love it. It has come in handy for quite a few trips and I don't regret what ya'll might call a sissy move at all. Pioneer has a few on their website (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/GPS-Navigation) between $999 and $1599 if you still don't want to pay Ford for their very expensive option.

I'd bet that it's a space issue. Replaced my Shaker 500 in my 06 GT with a Pioneer AVIC and saw that the space behind the radio is jammed.

Looks like they're not going to do this again until the 50th anniversary. (http://www.mustangsacrossamerica.com/) Bummer!

Did you get an update yet? Ordered mine on 22 March and just got word that I now have a VIN and it's due to arrive 18 May.
