Hi guys, my first post. I ordered a new Focus Titanium VIN; 1FAHP3N28CL238116, Dealer B2236, Order No. J101. The car was build on Sept. 8 according to the window sticker and ETIS. The Dealer or Ford service help desk are unable to provide a rail car number for tracking purposes. Can a specialist here help me? Many Thanks
