I just heard today that the left over 55 people at SRP will be going to dtp in Nov for orientation. Weather you signed up or not you will be on the list to be moved. Orientation will be at Local 600 and they will assign your work areas from there. If you end up anywhere other then the actual Truck Plant, you will have no options to bid on jobs in the tuck plant and you will be stuck for there are no opportunities in body shop and the majority will be sent to the door line. lol Let me know what size you want for your casket and where you wish to be buried. lol

I actually installed radios on the f150 dash at saline, and that job is easy as FUK. the dash comes to you flipped up, you put it in and shoot 4 small screws, the guy next to your left puts the radio and face plate on for you.. lol then you flip down the dash and the hot girl next to you right does something else. very easy job. Everyone should be paid the same wages in my opinion if your in a parts plant, and everyone in a assembly plant should make more and be paid the same there also. No light blue crap, or light pink shit.

The profits all come from parts plants..SRP and SALINE make an annual profit of like 90 million, this is why Mullaly got huge bonuses for putting people out of work and closing these plants down... Material Handling does all the time, they work 3 hours and get paid for 12 in plants like SRP, Saline, Raws. and in many others.

DTP has the best worker turnover, (many go to medical and none return) because they get fired and the UAW supports it.

All ACH people should not Sign up for Dearborn, Both Saline and SRP will remain there as long as they continue to make huge profits for the companies, they will continue to tell you the plants are sold and that you have to move on. This is the same crap that happened over at Sheldon Rd plant years ago (Climate Control), they told everyone the plant was sold so they would get out, and the people that signed up to leave got screwed and the people that stayed got rewarded with nice jobs because the plant never got sold. It is BS to get workers out of the parts plants. This is the company's "MO" is to tell everyone/Union that a buyer is coming in, it's not true tho in most cases or they always back out because the UAW wants the workers to stay under the same pay scales or a bit lower, the new company coming in doesn't ever agree to it, so the back out. Then the Union play this vote game with the workers, but before that they go around telling people if they don't leave for assembly they will get a severance and no longer be Ford. Don't fall for it, and don't fall for no 2500 severance.. Tell them (company) and Union you want at least 50k after taxes to leave.

All I am asking for is something to prove this grievance has been arbitrated, court docs, transcripts anything to prove in black and white this grievance has been actually put through the system. To this day all we hear is "He said this, he said that" I am not trying to divide anyone. We know the grievance was signed by many people. I myself put my name down on it twice. So I want to see proof because everyone in here hasn't yet seen proof that it's in the court yet, and no matter what Settles says, I can't believe anything anyway. So while you're sitting there Armstrong telling everyone that I am trying to divide everyone, produce the proof we are looking for or STFU.

How bout this, produce a copy of the receipt that the court clerk gave you when you filed for arbitration, it's a matter of public record, show that the court case went through the system so we know this crap isn't a lie.
