no one wants to work at dtp, the first chance peeps have they flee! i dont blame them. hey dtp management how is trim shop running tonight? ...................... question answered!

i refuse all the time and have never recieved any disciplinary action. all you do is have to stand up! if your comittee person wont do it for you then we all have to do it togeather!

the perspective that they are hard on the body physically! dont be a company suck ass! basically you just called all of the line workers stupid! quit being jealous of what you dont have!

its about how you take it! the line goes down i don't clean my response is that job classification was taken away from us. The supervisor just moves on and tells the next guy. That next guy picks up the broom and starts sweeping. what a joke!!!! show me in my job description where it says i have to sweep, and if it is in the team ;leadrers job description shame on the union for letting it be there!

I think that management should spend some time doing these jobs, maybe gain some perspective!

on second thought people are staying home because they love this place so much that they want others to share in their joy!

Just wondering why people think that Absenteeism is so bad? my take on the matter is that people are tired, tired of the constant punishment that their bodies take! jobs on the line at DTP are overloaded!! on top of that lets work these guys 10.5. If you go to medical they just give you motrin and tell you to go back to work. I say f#$k that! people are hurting and the company wants to know why people arent comming to work. in my opinion there will not be any type of settlement reached until all of the voluntary separation people are gone, that way they can get out of paying those people!

JUST SAYIN, PEOPLE ARE AT THEIR WITS END. IF MANAGEMENT WOULD STOP AND TAKE A LOOK THEY WOULD SEE. NO THE COMPANY ISNT DIRECTLY TO BLAME, BUT I HAVE BEEN IN OTHER PLANTS AND THE WORK LOAD A DTP AND STRESS LEVEL ARE NOTICEABLY HIGHER. LIKE I SAID NO WORRIES THOUGH BECAUSE 10.5 THIS WEEK WILL HELP. actually there were three fights 1 in paint, the hilo drivers, and the door line. doesn't matter though tensions are running high period ! The company is constantly adding and expecting more form the employees on the floor. good form an effiiciency stand point, but when it comes to moral its bad! Ohh thats right they don't give a f*ck! Keep it up DTP management I'm sure if you guys keep pushing everyone they will be to busy working and all will be better. Thats the way to do it, if you ignore it long enough it will go away right! oh yeah announcing 10.5 for this week will also help!!!!!!!!!!!!
