No one??

Does anyone have either the OEM or an aftermarket air/bug deflector installed on their 2013/14 Escapes? If so, which one do you have and do you like it? Do you think it helps with keeping bugs off the windshield and stones from chipping the hood's paint? Could you also post a picture? Thanks in advance.

Don't forget about the headlight fluid!! That's definitely up in the top 3 of fluid usage! Especially with the new HID lights!!

Why don't you try asking your Escape if the reservoir is low?!?

TDMAN, that DVD you found on Ebay is what several of us have. It is full of information, however, is not the easiest to navigate and it is unsure if simple standard routine maintenance procedures are detailed on this DVD or not.

I have to let the gate open up about half way before I hit the button again to close it. Similar to what blockisle9 denotes below:

Well, I purchased a "Ford 2013 Service Information" DVD from ebay. While it is quite detailed in most service aspects, I was surprised that I could not find routine service procedures such as oil changes, etc. Has anyone else that has this service DVD have a similar experience? Am I blind and not sure where to look? Thanks.

Hey Escapism. It looks like you received the same service DVD that I ordered as well (the pretty pictures look similar). I was surprised to not find a section on the service DVD detailing a standard oil change! Have you been able to find such a section on the DVD? Am I blind? Thanks!

This happens to me too. You actually do not have to go outside to address this. Just simply hit the liftgate open/close button on your dash. The first press will swing the liftgate open. Then, just simply hit it a second time (no need to wait for the gate to fully open) and it will close and latch and you're on your way!

How is a car "without" one of the packages offered (in your case, the parking package) considered "fully loaded" (as indicated by your profile info)??
