The dealership said I would be getting "one of their two already allotted FFH delivered in the month of February." Since I "ordered on time" (again, according to the dealership) it was only a matter of adding the features I wanted to that one of two cars. Forgive my ignorance but what does "Scheduled to Day mean? Is that when the factory is scheduled to begin building? BTW, thank you very much for the service you provide.

Order No: F124 Dealer: F72503 No VIN given yet. I was told when I ordered on 1/10/13 that I was "in luck" and my car would be part of this dealership's allotted two 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrids for February. Hoping this is the case. Thank you!

All this talk of delays is making me nervous. I ordered on Jan 10, 2013 and was told my order was part of the dealership's 2 allotted 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrids for the month. Why do I have this feeling that the car will not arrive until March?

What does "in production" mean? That is what a Ford rep told me when the dealership where I ordered the car told me to call back when my salesman was back in the office.

Once you get a black car, you can't go back to any other color. Seriously though, this also was one of the reasons I went 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE instead of Titanium.

My old motorcycle had this feature. Why can the very forward looking Ford? If anyone can do it, it is Ford.

I love the LED lighting in my 2010 Town and Country. I too wish this was a standard or at least non-titanium level feature.

I realize car companies are attempting to cut costs wherever they can. I get that. But to go from a full size spare to those "wonderful" Fred Flintstone spare tires to basically a fix-a-flat is rediculous. I know I can't do anything about it. So I am going to take another poster's suggestion and go to Walmart after my car is delivered (ordered it in Jan 2013) and buy a cheap wheel and tire for $100.

Totally agree about after the dealership has your deposit, there is no incentive for them to do any work after that but wait. I ordered over a month ago and called today to find out the status. I was told that because my salesman was off this weekend that I'd need to call back on Monday. They didn't even ask if I wanted to leave a message! So I called the home office number. Gentlemen was very pleasant but all he could tell me was that the car was "in production". I asked him what that meant and he said he didn't know. Unbelievable.

I LOVE the look of the new 2013 Ford Fusions. I just wish the standard privacy glass was slighly darker.
