If cars could talk...I wonder what stories they could tell us. I'd really like to know the real story behind the delays since Ford doesn't seem to want to talk about it. I've been looking around to see if any dealers have a car like the one I ordered but there are very few dealers in South Texas, the one I'm working with is one of the largest and they just don't have what I want.

Just received a call from LCS just to update me on the status of my car...except they had no new information. It's still sitting in Mexico and they don't know why they are delayed. How can the company who is making the product not know why it is delayed? :shrug: She said she'd call with another update on 4/4/13...so more waiting for me.

. I had the same ETA, now they won't give me an ETA. But yesterday Trina at Lincoln on FB messaged me asking for my dealer information and a daytime phone number because LCS would like to talk to me about my car. LCS has all my info because I have talked to them several times...so I have no idea what's going on now.

I spoke with my salesman this morning...my car is built (which I knew) and is awaiting shipment. He told me that he thinks it will be another month before I get my car! That's crazy!!!! It's just sitting there and it's not like it has that far to go from Hermasillo to Texas

When I called for an update today customer service mentioned that my car may be in Flat Rock, but they also mentioned Ramp 54...according to this article my car shouldn't go to Flat Rock since I'm in south Texas, so where is my car????

The reviews just make me want my MKZ more...even if there are some concerns about the technology. I am a tech junkie so I want it all...and I want it now! The next week or so waiting for my car to arrive is going to the longest...

Not much news from Customer Service today when I called for an update...the infamous Ramp 54 was mentioned, along with "sent off-site". The ETA is still 3/11/13, hopefully that won't change.

My dealership in San Antonio has several cars listed, but most of them are also Dealer Ordered, not one hybrid on the lot.

Wish I had foun this forum and had my VIN sooner...hopefully there will be someone else willing to track our vehicles without having to have a certain number of posts to qualify. I just want to know where my car is!

The date on my window sticker is 2/15/2013, my build date was 2/23/2013. According to the most recent update from Lincoln my car has finished production and is awaiting shipping. Earlier this week I was given an ETA of 3/11/2013. We'll see what really happens, but IMm glad I found this forum so I knew to ask questions and not just wait.

After not hearing anything since I ordered my car in January I deciced to call Lincoln. I'm glad I did, I have a VIN 3LN6L2LU9DR810109 and an estimated ETA of 3/11/13. Of course, I will be out of town that week but at least I have a date.

I waited to order my 2013 MKZ Hybrid until January. Do we know how long it is taking now from order date to delivery? I spoke to my sales person yesterday and he told me "the order has been sent to the plant by the processing team and should be built next week". Not sure if I should get my hopes up yet, it seems like some have been waiting for a very long time.
