    I couldn't tell you "why" this is what I was told.

    No problems getting them balanced? I was told there were a number of tech reasons they couldn't be put on including balancing issues.

    I was given that same line about the visibility report, which I think is crap. There isn't someone out there with each vehicle. As they are scanned at each milestone there has to be an update posted to that database. So why not use it?

    Got a call from my rep today. My update is that the new ETA is 4/15, original was 4/1. Was told there was no guarantee that the location could be given in updates.
