Two of my A-Z plan purchases were from dealer trades. In both cases the dealer supplying the car had put on a list of dealer added stuff. I never paid for them.

If she is a Z Plan buyer ask for the real Ford dealer invoice. What you posted is not the Ford Dealer Invoice. At the bottom of the real invoice will be all the Ford Plan prices. Since you mention Z Plan you or a direct relative of yours must be an retired Ford employee. That's some crazy "invoice" you have posted. Ask for a full explanation of what they are showing you.

I had the same exact issue as in the OPs post. New 8 gig flash drive and no luck.

It will only show in ETIS if it has been built. ETIS does not show any pre-production information.

No the Build and Price site will not give the X plan price. Just ask the dealer to show you the invoice and the X plan will show at the bottom. If the dealer won't show you the invoice...just walk away. It's not a secret.

I wonder why they are now charging customers more $$$ for the Velvet Burgundy when in 2013 they didn't charge extra for the color under the name of Bordeaux Red. I've checked the with PPG they are the same pigments. I was really interested in this so I tracked it down through a friend in the automotive paint industry. They work for the manufacture who produces the paint.

I fixed the radio over powering the navigation voice. I had to to a Master Reset. This is different than a soft report (pressing the radio on/off button and >>>> at the same time) A soft reboot will not fix this. This fixed the voice problem and the true North issue. I'm having far more issues with sync3 that I had with any of MFT vehicles. The Sync tech at the dealer told me there are many issues with Sync3 and are "very buggy." And here I thought Sync3 was supposed to fix the issues experienced in MT.....NOT.

Well....those are Husky mats, not Weathertecs. Besides the Husky label on the drivers side...the Weathertecs don't come anywhere close to covering the dead pedal like Huskys do. Be careful when they are wet they become very slippery when you plant your right foot to get in. I pulled a groin muscle and was in a world of hurt for awhile. I quickly s-canned them and got Aries 3D mats. Just a word of caution.

I have found switching from SYNC 3 to MFT to be rather slow. I'm spoiled now by SYNC 3.
